A color will look different on different surfaces and in different lights. We suggest testing the color on its intended surface before you commit to painting your entire house or room. Of course, we can help you with this. In the long run, it will save you time and money, and increase your satisfaction!
Our Process to Produce Superior Interior Trim Finishes
Completely cover and protect furnishing and flooring.
Patch, sand, and prime dings and nail holes.
Prime new woodwork with the proper primer.
Sand all woodwork.
Clean dust off woodwork with tack rags.
Remove dried-up caulk and re-caulk.
Brush enamel paint (oil or latex) taking care to minimize brush strokes.
(Note, bold or dark colors make require more than one finish coat of paint.)
Thorough inspection and touch-up.
Thorough clean-up and placement of furniture in its original location.

Prime patched areas.
Sand walls.
Clean-up dust.
Tape baseboards.
Roll finish coat(s) of paint.

Thorough clean-up and placement of furniture in its original location.
Our Process to Produce Superior Exterior Finishes
Power wash to remove grit, dust, and dirt.
(Dirt prevents the primer from binding properly.)
Protect landscaping and all surfaces that will not be painted.
If necessary, scrape and/or spot prime bare wood.
Caulk windows and doors.
Apply prime coat of proper primer/bonding agent to house.
Apply a premium coat of 100% acrylic resin paint (or stain if applicable).
Clean-up and return premise to neat condition.

Upon the request of our clients, we will gladly substitute “Green” paints which contain low or zero Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC’s). Low VOC paints emit little or no fumes and odor. These new paints are durable, cost effective and less harmful to human and environmental health. People with allergies and sensitivity to chemicals will find these paints more tolerable.
